Employee Lean Management (M/F/D)

Main Responsibilities

Analysis and evaluation of logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
Identification of potential improvements and management of projects in the lean environment
Development and implementation of lean strategies and improvement measures
Planning, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and projects
Teaching content on the implementation of lean activities as part of employee training and coaching measures
Supporting the continuous optimization of production processes
Applying and further developing existing controlling and management tools
Reporting to management
Supporting audit preparations and documentation of relevant processes
Workplace design/optimization

Position Requirements

Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization, ideally in an industrial company
Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, CIP, value stream analysis)
Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage
Very good analytical skills, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
Good English skills
Ability to work in a team, initiative, and structured approach to work
