We are seeking a passionate and talented PVD/CVD Process Expert to join our R&D team and take the lead in pushing the boundaries of perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology. Your Role: Driving Innovation in Tandem Solar Cells

As a vital member of our dynamic and international R&D team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our high-efficiency perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology. Your expertise will not only help strengthen our technology leadership but also help drive innovations toward commercial-scale applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation in Action: Evaluate, develop, and implement coating processes for the production of highly efficient tandem solar cells, focusing on cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability for mass production.
• Driving Innovation: Develop creative solutions for complex challenges in PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) processes for solar cells. Expand your expertise while fostering progress and growth with a forward-looking approach.
• Innovation Implementation: Support our global production facilities in implementing coating processes. Your willingness to travel and intercultural competence will be key assets.
• Technology Trendsetter: Lead the development of innovative ideas and act as a driving force for creative solutions that align with our corporate vision and goals.
• Visionary Experimenter: Strategically design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve products, processes, and equipment.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Process Engineering.
• Experience with PVD and/or CVD processes and, ideally, knowledge of perovskite tandem solar cells.
• A goal-oriented, systematic, and analytical working style.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness, and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools.
• Fluency in English.
• A willingness to travel globally.
